Passionate chef ready to throw you an experience of a lifetime
I am a sous chef from London, currently working in a rustic and personal italian kitchen. I make fresh pasta every day which is the most therapeutic task I get the pleasure of doing. And also working with my team to keep the menu interesting as we change the menu every week., a great head chef who taught me so much about flavour and understanding food, the executive chef of Corbin and King’s restaurants. I have trained in a range of cuisines; Japanese, Peruvian, Italian, French and Austrian. But my true love lies in Malaysian food, as it is part of my heritage and the flavour profile rings so true to what I deem as delicious.
