I cater for family and friend celebrations, intimate weddings, corporate events, canape receptions, buffets, graduation and BBQ parties.

My menus range from simple 3 course meals to multi course tasting menus. Having grown up in the hospitality industry, working in the kitchens of my parent's restaurants in South Africa becoming a chef was the only career path I considered. After leaving South Africa my culinary repertoire flourished in Scotland where I founded The North Port Restaurant in Perth and became a chef/proprietor of Kingarroch Inn Gastro Pub in Fife. I was recognised for my refined style of cooking by receiving acclaimed awards by the Micheline Guide, Good Food Guide and awarded AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. Following my 12-year career as a restaurateur I now solely focus on private chef services, catering for events and consultancy nationwide.
