Growing up in the British countryside Kat has always enjoyed the outdoors, foraging for wild food, and growing her own from a young age.
Having completed a qualification with Leith’s cookery school and after working as a chef in France and Wiltshire, she went onto pursue a career in food PR whilst also continuing to cook during her limited free time.
Kat worked for Gordon Ramsay Group where she was invited to cook at the Michelin-starred Pétrus for a day. She then joined a restaurant-specific PR agency, working with some of the best chefs across the country.
She has cooked at Scottish Lodges, in holiday homes in France and Cornwall, at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and many more exciting places.
Her food is driven by quality, simplicity and seasonality.
