I'm a perfectionist and a very creative chef. I cook international food and I'm passionate about Indian cuisine.
I'm a professional chef with 20 years of experience behind me. I studied in Dorset, England. I spent 3 years at the chefing school in Dorset and I gained my NVQ2 & 3, my career as a chef took off straight after that. I started working at a leisure center where we had to create healthy nutritious menu plans for all customers. After that, I worked in 3 fine dining restaurants, where I cooked a mixed of international food. I worked at The Rising Sun (earned 2 rosette) , The Cow and The Edge. All three of them were very well respected restaurants in Dorset.
