I am a trained chef for over 17 years with Michelin background, style; modern and classic European foods but excellent knowledge of worldly cuisines. I can produce tasting menus to wow or relax family style dishes. Cook to one’s exact needs, dietary’s or allergies. I adapt in different environments, work independently, efficiently but a loyal team player with a positive sense of humour. I’m a perfectionist and very organised. I’m well-travelled, have many hobbies and easy going. I enjoy a challenge and will help in all areas always ensuring the highest standards are met.

When away from the kitchen I spend most of my time with my partner and baby boy travelling the world or hands on renovating projects.
