I have been involved in catering for many years and have just returned from living in the Caribbean . Previously having lived in Italy.

In the Caribbean I ran a small cafe serving fresh locally sourced ,where possible, produced in a clean and healthy style. I also did private functions such as cocktail parties and private dinners. I am very passionate about food being local and sustainable and of course delicious! My style is slightly Mediterranean with both north African and Caribbean influences.

I would like to thank Jonti from the bottom of my heart for one of the most special, memorable evenings. The food she prepared and served was exquisite and her professionalism and service was flawless. I absolutely recommend her and cannot put into words how grateful I am to her for helping my family and I celebrate a very special evening.

Jonti prepared great local cuisine- it was so nice to have a night off and relax with friends while on vacation. A fantastic experience overall! So glad we found her!

Jonti cooked for a family that are old friends of mine. The dinner was a surprise for the patriarch of the family who runs a farm and farm shop in Cornwall. Jonti went the extra mile and her communication and attentiveness was great. She visited the farm shop twice for research on produce and to buy the ingredients. I wasn’t present but understand the meal was a fantastic experience for everyone involved. Highly recommended. Thanks Jonti.

We have booked Jonti to book to my mother in love as a surprise birthday present. My mother in law said she has never been this surprised when Jonti turned up with a bunch of flowers and said she was her surprise for her birthday and she will be cooking for her and ger friend. She said Jonti was absolutely brilliant they loved her food and had a great night and experience! She even said that Jonti cleaned afterwards and her kitchen never been that clean before. Jonti made my Dad’s big birthday amazing, it was a totally surprise. She is very professional, her food is amazing and a beautiful person. Her cooking is flawless and can cater for individual dietary needs. We would highly recommend.

Jonti provided us with a superb evening of food and hospitality. We started with a selection of very tasty canapes including mussel gratin, mackerel on toast and salt fish balls with chilli sauce which were amazing. The courses that followed were all top class fish or meat cookery. It was the full restaurant experience but brought to us. Jonti was great, super chilled but also very busy in the kitchen. She came with someone else to help who was also brilliant (sorry can't remember the name). All in all we had a great meal and loved the extra touches like decorating the plates with flowers. Would defo recommend and we will be in touch if we are lucky enough to be back. Many thanks again The Smiths!
