I am a professional chef with more than 10 years experience.
I started as a kid working i my uncle’s restaurant during school holidays. In 2008 I decided to leave my 9 to 5 job, follow my passion and become a professional chef.
After improving my skills in some great restaurants in Italy, I moved to London in 2012.
Here I have learned more styles and techniques from all over the world and mixed them with my background
