John Paul started cooking at an early age before going to Chef School at 16, gaining a range of qualifications and experience he went on to work in hotels and then high street brands before becoming a Chef lecturer before returning to the kitchen to continue to develop his skill and knowledge.

With over 20 years experience in the Hospitality and catering industry. John Paul gained his passion for cooking from his grand mothers who showed him traditional dishes. his passion for food and cooking has continued to grow as his skills knowledge have grown, keeping up with trends and learning new skills from each kitchen he's worked in.

During his time working in industry John Paul has gained a number of accolades these include 2AA Rosettes, Nestle Young Chef of the Year and many more.

Branching out in to providing private & personal chef services to clients as well as passing on his knowledge of cooking to budding home cooks and those wishing to grow their skills for home cooking or in to their next profession through cooking classes or delivering support to customers who need meals prepared to keep up with their busy schedules.
