I am a professional chef with vast experience in the UK at top restaurants in London and abroad. The French alps I have ran a five star hotel as head chef and most recently been the sous chef for over a year on the third highest charter priced yacht in the world. I believe travelling and working in different environments has made me able to adapt and deliver in whatever situation is thrown at me.

Definitely Gordon Ramsay..... Not so much for his anger which makes for great TV viewing but more for his raw passion of food. He’s a perfectionist.

Using the freshest and most organic ingredients possible without messing around with them too much. I prefer to emphasise on the quality.
