Extremely approachable and humble, with lots of diverse skills

I am a professional chef with 11 years experience in the industry. I trained in a 2 Michelin star restaurant, then moved to Australia and worked in lots of diverse kitchens learning about different cuisines.

I have a very diverse knowledge of food and as such can execute any kind of menu you desire, including any dietary requirements you have.

I am also a very friendly and approachable person, in my last role in Australia i was executive chef of 5 companies, and spent lots of time being the face of the business and talking to customers so i am not the classic chef who is difficult to get a conversation out of.

I have also been published in a cookbook for my work developing Australian native produce.
