Get to know me better

I'm a young disciplined chef with a drive for perfection and big flavours.

I am an ambitious young chef with a passion for hospitality and good food. I'm looking for the opportunity to share my cooking with other foodies that share my passion for good quality cuisine.

After enjoying many years as an elite cyclist, four years ago I decided to dedicate myself to becoming a chef. I was grateful to be offered a role in one of Edinburgh’s most renowned restaurants, specialising mainly in French style fine dining. I thoroughly enjoyed committing to the career and becoming enveloped by the craft. I felt very natural in the kitchen and quickly worked my way through all the sections, absorbing everything and loving every minute.

At the end of 2019 I wanted to challenge myself and moved to France as a private chef for one of the most prestigious chalet companies in France. This meant

more pressure and responsibility that I relished. I enjoyed much praise and returned with a stellar reputation.

After a quiet year due to the Covid 19 pandemic I am itching to serve good food again and continue to develop myself as a chef. I pride myself on being reliable,
