I am a ex Michelin starred chad and specialise in fine dining, both European and Asian

I am a fine dining chef, who has been cooking in Michelin starred establishments since I was 17 years old, starting in France, I then moved back to England, working at such establishments as chez nico 90 park lane, Chewton Glen, L’ortolan and La Becasse.

At 30 I became a head chef and earned a Michelin star at 32, retaining until I left in 2016, holding for 3 years, I then moved to Brighton, working at the Pass Restaurant in Horsham until the start of the year
