i am devoted to my trade and treating the produce with the respect it deserves.
I am a professional chef of 11 years in which I have worked mainly at a 2 rosette+ standard and Michelin level. I specialise mainly in fine dining and have been a head chef for 4 years and gained personal accolades and restaurant accolades in this time. I was Great British Masterchef of the Year 2016 & Game chef of the year finalist 2020. I currently run a large restaurant in Essex as well as my own supper club in Hertfordshire.

It sounds cliché but fresh and local when possible. Treat the product with the deserve it respects and don't try to overcomplicate the food.
