i am devoted to my trade and treating the produce with the respect it deserves.
I am a professional chef of 11 years in which I have worked mainly at a 2 rosette+ standard and Michelin level. I specialise mainly in fine dining and have been a head chef for 4 years and gained personal accolades and restaurant accolades in this time. I was Great British Masterchef of the Year 2016 & Game chef of the year finalist 2020. I currently run a large restaurant in Essex as well as my own supper club in Hertfordshire.
