Chef Hannah Milsom

We are Hannah and Sophie and we work as a cheffing duo. Between us we have diverse and extensive experience working in the catering industry. Much of this experience has been in the events and banqueting world whereby the pace of a working day is fast and the expectations of clients are high.

Throughout the past decade Hannah has worked for some demanding clients including the Royal Household, Olympia Exhibition Centre and the four rosetted Buxted Park Hotel. She has managed large teams, ordered to strict and specific budgets, and been at the forefront of menu design and creation; satisfying demands of client and management alike. With work ethic second to none she has recently taken on the challenge of managing kitchens that cater for high profile clients such as the X Factor and reality television show The Circle. Heart originally stolen by classical French cuisine she has developed a versatile cuisine style and her passion for the industry leads her to persistently seek out new knowledge and skills.

Sophie began her career in food catering for bespoke weddings and private dinner parties. From here she progressed into the events catering world, managing crew catering kitchens at festival such as Glastonbury and Boomtown before embarking on European tours with The Cirque de Soleil's touring catering company. She is dedicated to providing a dining experience for clients, leading her into private chalet positions in the French Alps, working for a former vineyard owner and further pursuing her passion for matching food and fine wines.
