I offer a variety of culinary services, specialising in high-quality Southeast Asian Fusion cuisine, using local and fresh produce.
I am a well-travelled Malaysian who has been living in and out of the U.K. for 25 years, currently based permanently in Kent. I owned and ran an organic, vegetarian/vegan cafe in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 3 years. I am a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier London and a proud supporter of Slow Food U.K. My skills enhanced with travel and living in different countries all over the world.
