I was trained by a 3 star Michelin chef in a 5 star hotel
I trained at Bournemouth and Poole catering collage and went on to work in 7 Michelin star restaurants , I then became a multi award winning head chef in hotels like Carey’s manor ( new forest ) the spread eagle hotel midhurst ) and the priory bay hotel ( Isle of Wight )
In 2017 I opened the fisherman’s kitchen in southsea - which has become Hampshires number 1 fish and chip shop and ranked in the UK top ten in 2019
