Nothing is impossible
Growing up in Piedmont, Italy gave me more than enough reason to start my culinary career, I found myself surrounded by a rich heritage of culinary delights at a young age, from sitting at my Zia's kitchen table being feed freshly made bünet to exploring Valli di Lanzo chasing down the best aged Toma cheese.
That spark would ignite my passion for food that has driven a fabulously diverse career in hospitality. Starting out as a Baker in my region I steadily pushed myself onwards to as a teen to get my degree in the culinary arts and eventually reached the sacred Michelin Star kitchen were I learned to develop my skills to a higher, more challenging level.
I would then take the plunge and adventure on to the UK, where I have had the great delight in exploring a multitude of different cuisines from hand rolling Japanese Sushi to cooking with the flame of a Neapolitan oven.
I take inspiration from everything I experience in day to day life and and let it flow into the dishes I create.
Food is a life force and it's up to us to nurture it.
