I am an enthusiastic and flexible individual with several years experience in hospitality, more accurately at the BOH as Chef, on several levels.I am committed to excellence with maximum guest satisfaction.
Hospitality service is not only a profession for me, I have passion for quality foods and sophisticated service, with a strong eye for details. Also keeping myself well trained and informed about the recent culinary methods, plating systems, decorations, and trying to learn about new methods, ingredients, attending on workshops and other events could reasonably sharpening my skill set.
I do not mind working in different circumstances: I love challenges; to prove myself in a busy environment and achieving the possible maximum quality of service within.
I wish to further continue my efficient service where my experience and human qualities will be the part of a dynamic company, or individually as private chef or sole trader. Currently I own my family catering business: The Meadowlands Catering Ltd, based in Fife, Scotland. This year, I received a great recognition from the Craft Guild of Chefs UK, as they validated my background, I'm a Member Crafman of the Guild. Currently, we're running a small hotel in Perthshire, with new agenda and food concepts, and this place is also our "Base of Operation "
