Iam a creative and different Chef. I mix architecture, painting and flavours with experience.
I consider myself a fairly empathetic, creative and constant person. With a strong tendency to improve and continuous learning.
Motivated and with initiative. High ability to work under pressure and in a team as well an innate propensity to analysis. Capacity for self-criticism and commitment.
As hobbies, I practice Yoga and Zen Meditation as well as football and basket.
Enthusiastic about Reading , Cinema and Music, with a true vocation for the world of painting and architecture.
