I am a passionate home-cook turned professional chef. My love for cooking started since I was very young. I remember following my mother around the kitchen and getting in her way to the point that she had to chase me out. While very content at my previous job, it didn't seem to fulfil me in a holistic level, so I turned to cooking. After graduating from Leiths, I work as part of a 5* Hotel team creating food that put smiles on people's faces.
