Traditional cook with a modern twist
My professional cooking career began in 2004 when I started work in a high end French ski chalet. I was there for 10 years. In 2014 I moved back to the UK since when I have worked as a private chef in homes, shooting and fishing lodges. I have also worked in professional kitchens. My style of cooking is traditional with a modern twist. I like big flavours and beautiful presentation without pretension. I particularly like the freshness of Pacific Rim cooking. My clients describe me as flexible and accommodating whilst remaining cheerful. I love what I do.
