Sous Chef at The Clove Club, one Michelin star in Shoreditch.

Chosen as one of the best ten cooks under 30 in North-Western Europe and winner of the Fine Dining Lovers Award for San Pellegrino Young Chef 2019-2020.

Previously Chef de Partie at Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse a l'hotel de Paris in Monaco and at Le Pavillon Ledoyen - Yannick Alleno in Paris, both three Michelin star Restaurants.

I did my culinary studies at Le Cordon Bleu - Lima and graduated with a Certificate of HACCP and Ready for Culinary Excellence.

I have traveled a lot, that's why I speak many languages and understand different tastes.
