I have a fifteen-year culinary experience in fine dining awarded restaurants and luxury hotels. I began my career in Greece and my passage through several high end restaurants has enabled me to deepen my knowledge upon different techniques and methods around traditional and modern gastronomy.
I arrived in England almost 4 years ago and since then I've worked as a Senior Sous Chef at two fine dining restaurants
