Young, enthusiastic chef with a passion for quality local produce and beautiful, 'Instagrammable' presentation.

I am a young private chef based in Newcastle-Upon -Tyne. My culinary career began as a chalet cook in the French Alps, having completed a cookery course at Orchards School of Cookery, and I have since worked as a private chef in Scotland, cooking in large hunting lodges, private households and holiday accommodation. This involved preparing dinner party-style food, canapés, cooked breakfasts and lunches, and daily baking. I'm friendly and approachable, always working with a smile, but I am also professional and efficient, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen at all times. I enjoy creating bespoke menus that suit the individual taste of each client and I especially enjoy preparing 'Instagrammable' displays of high-end canapés, inspired by flavours from around the world.
