I love using the healthiest, aromatic and most organic ingredients influenced from the Japanese cuisines for the sushi topping.. I love to describe every dish I make as a beauty with the taste.. I love to put my heart into every meals I know it makes the dining experience just that much better for the customer. I love seeing the smile on the face of the customer with the sushi they eat.
