Presentable, enthusiastic, full of energy and love serving a great plate of food

I’m a professional chef with 26 years experience, working from a minimum 2 rosette up to 1 star Michelin standard. Lords of the manor being one of them. I love fresh seasonal produce, curing and smoking my own goods, using simple ingredients and making them great. I am happy to work in any environment that is clean and tidy unless we’re outside creating our own fire in the woods, hot smoking some salmon on oak, spit roasting chicken, lamb or beef. I am extremely happy to tailor a menu to the clients needs, please feel free to send me as much information as possible, so I can create that menu for your special occasion.

Just an update, if my services are required to cook for you and your guests, please could this be confirmed within 3 days of menu being sent, I have lots of requests and many duplicate dates. Therefore if no confirmation is received within 3 days, I will possibly have to cancel if no confirmation is received to free up dates. Thank you
