Passionate chef, focusing on local produce, sustainability and giving people memorable food experiences. Inspired by the seasons, nature and diversity

23 years cooking experience including high end restaurants in London and abroad, alpine chalets and unique hotels. Running a high end catering company for the past 5 years plus a new established charcuterie company. I enjoy constantly challenging my cooking abilities and learning as much as I can from my surroundings and those that inspire me, by the countries I visit and the food that excites me.

Constantly reading cookbooks, writing recipes, being outside, cooking over wood and fire. Sharing what I can with friends, family and people with shared passions.

All of my menus will include fresh bread and homemade butter. Only premium and the best locally sourced ingredients go into the menus
