Simple ingredients transformed into a unique dishes.
My culinary experience started more than 35 years ago when my parents open our family restaurant in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. I was just a little girl when I started make tagliatelle and gnocchi with my mum and I have grown with her same passion transforming simple ingredients in amazing recipes. I have always worked in our little restaurants in Italy and since 2008 I have worked in private household as a private and personal Chef across London, Westport (CT) USA, private yacht (Italy and Corse), Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. I am very passionate about food and I love create delicious healthy & well presented dishes. Freshness and lightness are a must in my kitchen! I love have children around. I always research for the best ingredients to deliver the best dishes every day!
My collaboration with Rossano Vinciarelli, 2014 World Champion Pastry and couch of the Italian Pastry national team, helped me to improve my skills in the Art of Baking, Pastry and desserts. Working alongside with an Italian Artisan Ice cream producer Luca Santoro helped me to deliver a great Organic Artisan Ice Cream
I love cook Italian which is my strength but my passion for experimenting new styles and cultures make me very good in create international dishes as : Russians, light British, light and traditional American, some Indian, Asian and many more. I have completed the Food allergies and Intolerances Diploma and I am studying Sports Nutrition and Herbalism to improve myself and deliver the best service to my Clients.
I love to amaze and make people happy and satisfy, that is why I always work with my Clients to develop a menu that meets their taste and nutritional requirements and I can see the positive influence my cuisine has in their everyday life.
For me, that is the greatest satisfaction of all!
