I’ve been working in a kitchen since I was 13. From a family of foodies I learnt to do everything from scratch.

Lucky enough to work and learn from the bests in catering. I traveled a lot and got inspired everywhere i went too. In love local markets.

I run different restaurants including my own ( le muscadet on Paddington street « w1 »)

I won three times chef of the year U.K. by the publican.

My menus are inspired by seasons and local markets.

A good time preparing something with the vision that I will share it with a friend

A catering school in France to get the basic but mostly along the way with inspirational chefs and I’m still learning
