I’ve been working in a kitchen since I was 13. From a family of foodies I learnt to do everything from scratch.

Claude organised a lovely New Year's dinner for my daughter and family. With small children who need to be in bed it was a treat to have a dinner all perpared with wine pairing. The food was gorgeous with great presentation. Claude himself was very kind and pleasant and went out of his way to make New Year's special. I would highly recommend.
