Growing up in Jersey UK, food has always played a massive role in my life. I have been lucky enough to have always been involved in my Father’s seafood business, working my way up from a very young age. Working in this environment surrounded by fresh local produce inspired me to persue a career in cooking. I have since followed my passion for food, working in a number of different kitchens in France, Australia and Jersey and now Canada. I have worked as Sous Chef at Number 10 Restaurant where we use seasonal local produce in a modern contemporary way. Being part of a small and very passionate kitchen team has been essential for my development as a chef. Regularly changing the menu and using our own knowledge and inspiration we can give the customers their best experience.
