I’m a passionate chef, with experience in many different cuisines, previously of Nobu, Zuma, Nahm,
Marco Pierre whites mirabelle and the 2 Michelin starred “The Square”. I’ve just returned from 3 years working in Tel Aviv, where I was head chef of Dinings restaurant on the rooftop of the Norman hotel.
I have also cooked in Bali, Cyprus, France and Ukraine. I love to travel and discover new cultures and cuisines.
I’ve consulted on restaurants in India, Israel, China and Ukraine.
I have also worked as a private chef on many occasions for some very prestigious clients.
