I am a food enthusiast with a voracious appetite for delicious fare.

Cooking is my life. Does not feel like I have worked a single day since I became a chef.

I grew up on the East African coast so I have a natural love for the ocean. I learnt how to cook at The Grange and then went on to be self taught in experimenting and researching.I am a keen enthusiast when it comes to seafood, diving, snorkelling and fishing. I was born in Botswana and grew up in Tanzania. I have travelled and worked in many parts of Africa, as well as Europe and Australia. I own my own company called Safari Cuisine. But I am keen to get back onto the ocean and create fresh, fun, healthy beautiful dishes on the yachts.
