After spending many years cooking in some of Norfolk's and the UK's best restaurants. I have a wealth of knowledge about food and flavours to make your occasion one to remember.

I grew up in Norfolk and have great relationships with Norfolk's best suppliers of meat, fish, fruit and vegetables; this means I can get the very best local and most flavoursome produce to create a bespoke menu to suit any occasion.

I learned to cook with my grandma at a very young age, and after working in the restaurant business for many years I finally opened up my own catering team. We are ready for you!
