I am Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Graduate. Then I worked in hotels and restaurants and decided to know about the science behind cooking and did MSc Food Innovation. My interests are more vegan, gluten free, sugar free dishes. Creating tables without meat is like a challenge which I love. Plant based is the future.
