I have worked in London ( 2012 Olympics,and High end Private Residences ) Paris, Northern Ireland ( World G8 Summit ) at 5 star Deluxe and 3 Rosette level,and private residences both in Europe, Middle East and the Scottish Highlands.My passion and love of cooking is undiminished,and I excel at the extreme and remote ends of cooking,rising to challenges is part of my nature.
