Get to know me better

Cooking is an Art that imply many senses.

When I finished my apprenticeship in 1980 after obtaining my certificate, I did my compulsory one-year Military Service. I then started working in different restaurants and casinos in Monte Carlo for the SBM as a junior chef to further my experiences. I traveled around France and to the West Indies for several years developing the various techniques of my profession. Then moved to the UK and worked for Oxford Universities, Henley Management College and for 17 years for a Private School.
