My name is Ben Denton, I’m 39 and have worked in and run a number of different kitchens in my 22 year career ranging from 3 AA rosette/Gastro Pub/Contract Catering, Event Catering and Consultancy Projects.
Having most recently been head of fine dining at Royal Ascot, running their flagship restaurant the Parade Ring along with their other fine dining restaurants and the Royal Box. I have also run kitchens like Jardin Blanc at Chelsea Flower Show alongside Raymond Blanc for 3 years, Chalets on the 18th fairway at the British Open golf for Rolex and Mercedes, Henley Royal regatta and I have been the chef consultant for the F1 Grand Prix In Sochi, Russia.
I have cooked consistently at 3 AA Rosette/Michelin Star during my career and I pride myself on giving guests the very best of dining experiences.
