Passionate and committed to producing amazing food.

I am 37, I have been a chef for 20 years. I started as a pot washer in a local Italian restaurant, got pulled in to help on the starters on Saturday night and the rest is history. I've worked in a variety or kitchens across the country and I have consistently worked at 3 AA rosette/Michelin star. Holding senior positions at Hell Bay Hotel, Linthwaite House Hotel and most recently as head of fine dining at Royal Ascot.
