I am a professional pastry chef with 20 years of experience in the culinary world. I gained experience in the hospitality sector infrastructure in Turkey, and in 2006, Hotel, Restaurant and Café I went to Cyprus for more experience. I worked with Chef Jean-Pierre Wybauw for two years in Cyprus. I have worked in Dubai and Qatar for more experience. I decided to learn international cuisine and settled in London.
