Chef Antonios Basiadakis

I am competent, self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player as well as organised, punctual and proactive in providing efficient and accurate support to other team members. I am well presented and able to establish good working relationship with a range of cultural and diverse people. I am up to challenge myself and expand my knowledge in new fields.

I am from an island of Greece called Crete i studied culinary arts in Athens at 2014 until 2016 and after i challenge myself to build my expirience and sharp my skills in England. Since then i am here almost all this time working in smaller and bigger restaurants expanding my knowledge and my palate.
