I am a professional chef with good experience working in private households, as well as having worked for 10 years on privately owned luxury yachts all over the world. I learnt to be a chef during my 3 years as an apprentice at a 5 star hotel in South Africa. I love to travel and learn about local traditions through the foods that people prepare and eat in different cultures. I love presenting meals that people find exciting and delicious, as well as healthy and nourishing.
