I am a confident chef who cares about what people think of my food!
I am a self taught chef specialising in English, French, Indian, Spanish and fine dining. I have been working at Maison de L'art France for the past 3 years running cookery weekends, fine dining weekends and catering for guests as well as running regular pop up restaurants. I am now living and working in in London and Kent. I love nothing more than visiting a market and purchasing the finest freshest ingredients to create new dishes. I love the warm glow when my clients enjoy my food and the experience of my food.
