I have been providing fine dining experiences for almost thirty years. I am an experienced and passionate food connoisseur and have worked in several different aspects of catering from fine dining restaurants, five-star hotels to corporate entertaining. I began my career at the Grand Hotel, Brighton and from there moved to Central London to work with chefs such as; Brian Turner, Gary Rhodes, and the Roux brothers. I have had the honour of cooking for royalty, dignitaries, and celebrities and have twice been a Grand Finalist in the prestigious Roux scholarship.
