Clean, polite chef with an obsessive attention to the smallest detail
I’m a professional chef with 15 years experience in fine dining restaurants, most recently at Phil Howard’s Elystan Street in Chelsea and Richard Corrigans Mayfair restaurant.
I have also been lucky enough to have gained experience from some of the very best most cutting edge restaurants in the world including “The Fat Duck” in England and most recently “Eleven Maddison Park” in NYC in April 2019
I take inspiration from the best ingredients the season has to offer and I present them in a fluid and natural style with the upmost respect and attention to detail, I’m also flexible when it comes to dietary requirements and likes and dislikes of my clients.
I have provided my menus as an idea of the style I cook, however if there’s anything else my clients would like I can accommodate any tastes you wish, and I am always happy to change and adapt for your specific tastes :)
