I'm professional Chef with over 18 years of experience.
Through my hard way of getting experience, I manage to learn different countries "food understanding", which give me a wide understanding in mixing,combining and use as necessary taste developing. My accurate view and respect to a food, pushed me to learn more about temperature in cooking. It is very important keep right texture and flavour of the product. Modern equipment help me achieve best result on the plate. My hygiene - would be on a priority! Good food - should be safe food.
