Llevo casi 15 años en el mundo de la gastronomia, he tenido la oportunidad de estudiar y vivir en varios paises lo que me ha dado la oportunidad de aprender de diferentes culturas y cocinas. Me especializo en parrillas (barbacoas o asados) y arroces, pero cocino practicamente de todo. Me considero una personada ordenada, limpia, puntual y educada.

Alberto’s menu was fantastic; he prepared an 11 course meal with a well thought out variety of authentic Spanish dishes.
He arrived on time and after problem solving some technical challenges with out stove, walked us through preparation and ingredients of each dish.
We had an amazing evening, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
