Age 14 was the first time I stepped into a professional kitchen (my uncle's in Windsor) more than 20 years later I have never changed career.

I have been fortunate to travel and work as a chef in many countries. Now home, I plan to offer my experience and passion in the form of delicious dishes for my guests to enjoy.
