An accomplished, highly personable and vastly experienced chef and aspiring nutritionist.
I am accustomed to a demanding senior leadership role that requires strong organisation skills. During a diverse career, initially as a professional baker, I later progressed into education. My present role with the Cookery School requires me to support with the delivery of cookery classes, including food preparation and setting up of the classroom. I have also previously held the role as Kitchen Manager, a position I thoroughly enjoyed, and allowed me to showcase my natural leadership qualities and the ability to nurture teams. Throughout this time I have acquired a solid reputation by staff and students for my supportive and approachable nature. I am keen to ensure the students are fully supported whilst in their education.
During the last few years, I have dedicated my time to pursuing a professional Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and also a course in nutrition in culinary practice, as part of the course I completed 200 hours clinical experience. The training very much focused on my passion for combining healthy eating and the ability to use food to elevate health conditions and allergies. An area I am certainly looking to build my career in and feel I have a lot to offer.
I am accustomed to a demanding role that requires a strong customer focus and the ability to continually deliver results. I would like to highlight that I have considerable experience in building and developing relationships with a wide range of customers and I am aware of the importance of working across different areas of the organisation and appreciate the needs of individuals from all perspectives.
A key factor attributed to my success is my commitment to attention to detail at all times and my knowledge. I am now looking for a challenging new position and believe that I would become a valuable asset to your company. Throughout my career, it has been my goal to make a real contribution to the success of an organisation. I am a focused and accomplished individual who is committed to achieving success in any role I undertake. I take immense pride in my work and always show the utmost reliability and professionalism.
