Approachable, focused and energetic
I studied french cookery and the basics at University College Birmingham.
Then worked at Fiesta Del Asado I developed a more South American and learned how a restaurant was run.
Worked abroad in USA at an Inn which was more a fine dine experience.
Last couple of years I have worked in a contract catering doing fine dine food for high end business clients.
Also been doing private catering for private parties and celebrations doing 3,4, 5 or more courses for people at there home or event.
